Excellence Property Care Solutions Inc. is urgently seeking a reliable and experienced Master Plumber to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor in Brooklyn, New York. As a Master Plumber, you’ll handle a wide range of residential and commercial plumbing projects — from diagnostics and repairs to full system installations.

We’re looking for professionals who can cover a 50-mile radius around Brooklyn, allowing us to efficiently serve clients across the boroughs and surrounding areas. Whether you're located in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Staten Island, or nearby parts of Long Island or New Jersey, we encourage you to apply if you're licensed and mobile.

Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Plumbing Work:

• Perform all phases of plumbing, including leak detection, drain cleaning, pipe installation, water heater servicing, and fixture replacement.

Code Compliance:

• Ensure all plumbing work meets NYC Department of Buildings and local code regulations. Secure permits and arrange inspections as necessary.

Troubleshooting and Repairs:

• Quickly identify and resolve plumbing issues with high-quality workmanship.

Installation Projects:

• Install plumbing systems and appliances such as toilets, sinks, showers, piping, and water heaters in both residential and commercial settings.

Client Communication and Professionalism:

• Maintain clear, respectful, and professional communication with clients. Educate them on the issue, the proposed solution, and preventive measures.

Work Order Completion:

• Complete all jobs within assigned timeframes while maintaining strict quality standards.

Safety and Cleanliness:

• Adhere to OSHA and local safety standards while keeping work areas clean and organized.

Tools and Transportation:

• Provide your own set of plumbing tools and have reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.

Insurance:

• Must carry liability insurance as a 1099 contractor. If not currently insured, insurance must be acquired prior to onboarding.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid New York State Master Plumber License (REQUIRED)

• Proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing

• Deep knowledge of plumbing systems, NYC codes, and safety practices

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Professional demeanor and strong customer service abilities

• Own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation
