Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently with quality workmanship.

• Complete assigned work orders on time while maintaining high standards.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

• Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients.

• Provide your own tools and a reliable vehicle for travel within the service area.

• Carry liability insurance or be willing to obtain it prior to starting work.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven handyman or maintenance experience

• Skilled in multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting)

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Own tools suitable for multi-trade work

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently
